Each work comes with a certificate of authenticity and a detailed provenance to ensure its legitimacy.

You have to go to the product page and click on the buy/purchase offer button, but the payment is not made through the website. It is important for us to get to know the customer and even give all the details about the artwork and only then will we make an online purchase

We will respond by email or call you within three days of making a “purchase offer” 
In an exceptional case and three days have passed, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp of the gallery

1. *Requests for Return/Exchange/Cancellation*:
   – Requests for returns, exchanges, or order cancellations must be submitted to the website by the customer in one of the ways specified in this policy.
   – The customer has the option to request a return/refund/exchange of products within 14 days of receiving the order.

2. *Returning Products*:
   – Returns must be made with the original purchase receipt of the product.

3. *Shipping Confirmation*:
   – The customer must provide a shipping confirmation for the returned order within 14 days.

4. *Custom Artwork*:
   – Custom artwork and/or artworks that have been removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.

5. *Return Costs*:
   – The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

6. *Return Fee*:
   – The gallery will charge a return fee of $80 and/or 5% of the cost of the artwork, whichever is lower.

7. *Return Approval*:
   – Refunds, approvals, and cancellations will only be approved after the artwork is received back at the gallery and it is found that the work remains in its original condition, and the original packaging has not been opened.

8. *Return After 14 Days*:
   – In cases where the customer wishes to return the artwork after 14 days, the decision will be at the sole discretion of the gallery.

9. *Defect in Artwork*:
   – In the event that a return is approved due to a defect in the artwork, the gallery will bear the sole responsibility for collection and/or replacement of the artwork, subject to full cooperation from the customer.

The prices that appear on our website are Net Prices, which do not include VAT. Each country has its own rules and regulations regarding consumption tax, according to which you will have to pay an extra fee

The shipping price varies from country to country, so only after making a “purchase offer” will we verify all the details related to your country’s tax and of course the shipping cost (according to insurance/weight/country calculation) and only then will we make a purchase
